If you want to apply for Start-up visa UK to set up an innovative business in the UK for the first time then our UK immigration & Work visa lawyer can help.

The Start-up visa category has replaced Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur visa category. The Start-up visa category is for people seeking to establish a business in the UK for the first time. Applicants will have an innovative, viable and scalable business idea which is supported by an endorsing body.

The UK Start-up visa offers a great opportunity for businesspersons to start their career by pursuing a business idea in Britain that will bring wider benefit to the UK economy. The key benefit of the Start-up visa is that applicants do not require any initial funds to invest in their business like UK Innovator visa.

Apply Start-up Visa From Outside the UK

We can legally represent you in your entry clearance application as a Start-up migrant and carry out all the work until decision is made by the Entry Clearance Officer (ECO) on your Start-up visa application. As a result of successful application as a Start-up migrant, the applicant will be granted leave to remain for 2 years and does not lead directly to settlement (ILR) in the UK, but applicants may progress into the innovator visa category which does lead to ILR after 3 years.
